I am someone who suffers from IBS and an underactive thyroid, but all my symptoms improved within a few weeks. I feel so much healthier! This programme focuses on long-term achievable lifestyle goals and whilst it will help many people to shed fat, it is about improving health too. My Boot Camp sessions became easier each week as my body started to get smaller, and my joints no longer ached any more. I can now push myself to work harder. My friends and colleagues have made positive comments about my figure, glowing skin, and confidence. I have also noticed a big difference too; my clothes fit better, I look leaner, feel fitter, and have much more energy. The changes I made to my diet have been HUGE. Instead of treating myself with food, I just have the one ‘treat meal’ at a weekend. But this is just the start for me as I want to achieve even better health. When I was contemplating this programme, I thought it was going to be hard losing fat as a woman in my fifties. I’m so please that I signed up for this programme as I have more than achieved my desired outcome, and moreover, I have signed up for Boot Camp full time.
